Question: I need help with a ? about a kia optima

I have a 04 kia optima 4 cylinder and the balance belt keeps slipping off the balance shaft I've had it at the mechanic 3 times this month and it still keep slipping off what do I need to do help please

To begin with, the shaft has to be properly aligned and the belt should be replaced if there is a problem. Beyond that, it's hard to say without more information. Here is a thread on the balance shaft:
