Question: i think car needs power steerin fluid

When driving and make turns, car makes sounds like tires are rubbing something, but they are not..only happens when i make turns..i cant find the power steering fluid, where to check it on car..

That does sound like a starving power steering pump. You can find the procedure in your owner's manual (download it from the VW website if you don't have one). Or use the procedure here:
