Question: if the oil is full but thin, will the motor sound like it needs oil

the oil is thin and dark ( it needs an oil change) but i was wondering if being full but thin oil would make it tick like it needs oil?

Yes, thinner oil makes less oil pressure which can increase noise and wear to all components. Don't go so long between oil changes if you care about your car!
