Question: im looking at a cavalier with 230000 mi...but has engine and tranny with 130000 on it....do the runn

do these cavaliers last 300000 or so...car has 240000 miles on it but has 130000 on motor and tranny

You could get 300K miles out of that car (esp with a younger engine and transmission) But do bear in mind, the older it gets, the more maintenance and repair it will need.
