Question: I'm trying to locate a part from a 2007 Ford Fusion

I have a question. I got in a front end accedent where a road reflector tore off the side section of my 2007 Ford Fusion's bumper. My problem is I'm trying to figure out what the Block shaped part that is hanging loose is called. It has a small round hose that I believe went to the Fog lamp, with a "bracket" that extends and screws in under the engine area, and a bracket that slides onto the top of the side of the bumper. I've tried looking up part numbers and all the other numbers/letters on it to no avail. The wiring for the fog lamp was connected to it via a green pushed in bracket taped to the cord. Any help would be welcomed...
