Question: irregulalar petrol consumbsion

i filled a gas which i think it is not good quality then the check engine sign glore in the tablute
i feel tht gargle sound of the engine (not like previous) i used the engine cleaner liquid with gasolin but no thing change the sign is still and the sound but i traveled 300miles the car was ok to some extent
pls advise me
