Question: Is is normal for the front of my car to be lower than the back fo my car?

I had the lower control arm bushing and shocks and struts replaced; I swear my car is now higher in the back than the front and it is lower on the right side than the left side (it tilts down to the right.) The car is also making a grinding, popping sound on tight right or left hand turns? Help!
