Question: is it a good buy?

I am looking at possibly buying a 2004 dodge neon. the guy selling it that the altanator and ac pulley need replaced. how much is that goingvto cost me? What else might be wrong from those being bad?
the owner is asking 500.
he does not have a title and so i would have to also pay 125 for a mechanics lien.

I'd need to look at the car to tell you if it has other issues. Best to have a shop look at it before buying it. That will give you an idea of what is needed to make it usable.
