Question: Is it true there is no transmission flush recommended

I have owned this 2008 since new. I have 78000 miles on it and do not drive in severe duty conditions. What would the wise thing be to do about the transmission fluid----when would the transmission be flushed on this all wheel drive car?

I would do a trans service at 90k miles.
