Question: is there a easy way to change trowout bearing

Don't know if I need to pull whole motor and tranny just for the trowout bearing is there a easier way to do this then pulling everything out

The engine and transmission need to be separated to get to the throw out bearing. Probably only the transmission needs to be removed.
