Question: Is there a way to make headlights brighter?

An annoying and downright dangerous characteristic of the Sabb 9-3s of this vintage is weak headlights on low beam. They're H-7s and I've even gone to (illegal) rally bulbs which are still to weak to allow safe driving at nigfht. I should add that the separate halogen high beams are fine.

Do you have any ideas/tips to improve night visibility?

Have your head lights ajusted. If they are not adjusted right you could have this problem of little light. Also it could be the ground wire for the low beams is weak. Causing the little amount of light.

I have already adjusted the lights' aim(s)9didn't help) , but I will check the ground connections for looseness.
