Question: it cranks, but it wont turn over. Could it be wet spark plugs or a fuel delivery issue

It a fuel injected 1.6 4cyl. It doesn't like the rain. Right now it's wet out here in CT. The engine warning light is not on. It just won't turn over.

I would check the codes in the computer. Tehn you can get some carb cleaner. Spray it into the intake system. If it starts you have a fuel issue. If it does not start you have a spark issue. For fuel make sure the fuse is good. Then test for 12 volts ant the fuel pump. If the spark is your issue. I would check the cranks sensor cap, rotor. wires and plugs. At the time I would test for spark. it need to have 40kv of spark. If you don't replace the coil.

It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
