Question: It usually takes at least 20 minutes for the coolness on my air conditioning to finally kick in.

I have added Freon. Could it be a fuse?

If you added freon to the system it could be over charged. That will cause it not to cool very good at all. A/C take time to get real could. I would check to make sure your fans are working. You are under warrenty so you should have just taken it to the dealer. If your warrenty is up. Then you need to take it into a A/C shop and have them check it out.
