Question: its running hot

we changed the thermostat, the thermostat sensor, the water pump, we done a radiator flush, changed the 2 fan relays and hoses that were leaking. what could possibly still be cause it to run hot.

Have you verified that it is overheating, as opposed to having a false high reading? Does it overheat when it's idling, or driving down the road or both? Are the fans coming on? Here is an article with some more information:
