Question: ¿why does my car, shakes on first gear and it feels sluggish?

i was wondering it will be the clutch but im no sure, if it is the clutch how do i replace it. would you mind helping me on this of what i should do.

To test the clutch. Get the car going and shift from first to second. Then instead of gong into third go to fourth. If the engine bogs down the clutch is ok. If the engine speeds up and you don't move any faster you need a clutch.
