Question: Jeep Liberty Motor swap problems

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty with a 3.7 motor, and I replaced it with a 2005 3.7 motor. And it doesn't work. Is it possible to reprogram the computer to accept the motor? Or what can I do to get the vehicle running again, suggestions?

You need to transfer the 02 components on to the 05 engine. This may include wiring harness, sensors, manifolds etc
