Question: Just bought a 94 commercial chassis 15 pass. van. has rear

Just bought a 94 commercial chassis 15 pass. van. has rear heat/ac not coming on, either by dash control or rear control. where is the fuse or relay, where can I find a service manual for this chasis, the haynes one I found, does not show a rear ac/heater

Dealer would be the best bet for a manual. Fuse boxes are usually under the hood and by the drivers left foot area, behind a kick panel.
