Question: keyless entry not working

The keyless entry just stopped working. I am using the factory code. It worked one minute and then didn't. Any suggestions?

It is common on these models to have the keypad fail or have its integrated battery die. Press one button at a time and make sure the keypad illuminates (needs to be in relatively dark area for illumination to work). This will tell you if any of the buttons are not working. Also try holding th 7-8 and 9-0 buttons at the same time and see if it locks the doors. If the keypad needs to be replaced, it is only serviceable as an entire unit.
