Question: Lack of power now won't start

I have a 06 Nissan Altima manual transmission it would not go above 1.5 rpms in any gear and like clockwork when it got to 1.5 rms it wld stall but would bog down until u were below 1.5 rpms again.i took fuel pump out and turned the key but gas still flows.i even had a hunch that it was the catelituc converter and drilled holes in it but neither worked,now it wont start at all

You are going to need a shop to look at this. It may be a mechanical issue with the engine.
