Question: Location of VSV valve in the EGR system

Where is the VSV valve on this car & how do you remove it the b est way.
Haynes said it was on the rear of the intake & was blue but I could not find it.

For the 4 cylinder in the camry CE, it actually looks like it's on the front of the engine according to my manual.

You can also follow the lines from the EGR valve...
