Question: long crank time to start when cold,

long crank time to start when cold,then starts and
runs a little rough until warmed up. then will start and run fine the rest of the day.already ran fuel pressure test 45 psi. and cleaned throttle body.

I would check your fuel pressure bleed off. If thay`s ok I would check for a bad head gasket.
