Question: Manual trans hard to shift sometimes.

No grinding just hard to put in gear. Clutch pedal feels fine. 20000 miles on clutch and slave cylinder. Master cylinder was replaced 2 months ago. Already tried bleeding the hydraulics

Sounds like the clutch to me. The dics could have come apart causing your problem.
