Question: mifire cyclinder

2004 acura mdx , misfire in #1 cyclinder, coil, plug, injector valve adjustment was done, also compression and leak down test was done ,

It could be that the sister cylinder is causing the problem. Also it could be the crank sensor or the crank sensor reluctor ring. If the shop has done all this stuff what is the leak down. What is the compression. But this not going to be easy to find at this rate. I would try the sister cylinder first. That cylinder is number 5.
