Question: Misfire Code between 3 and 4

When I take off from a dead stop it has a loss of power and bogs out. I ran the Diagnostic tool on my Car, It read that there was a Mis-fire code between 3 and 4, So I replaced the spark plus and coil packs, But it is still doing the same thing. What else could the problem be? And what are the next steps I should take?
