Question: misfire surge lunge

Car, 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS 6cyl 100,000miles

Symptom, loss of horse power, surge or lunge forward when accelerating (misfire?)

History Jan 2 2012, changed oil and filter, spark plugs and wires

Maintenance, regularly change all filters and fluids, recently had the m.a.f cleaned and changed air filter

Today I had the oil and filter changed also the spark plugs and wires changed.
Yet the problem was not solved. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
