Question: miss fire when hot reads p0122-0123 when cold

i have a 2003 dodge grand caravan, my problem for started off with a multi cylinder misfire on four out of six cylinders then I change spark plugs wires coil pack and started up again code then read five out of six cylinders misfiring anda multi cylinder misfire code. I then treated the gas with fuel injector cleaner and then codes read TPS sensor high voltage TPS sensor low circuit map sensor hi circuit fuel injector sensor on cylinder 4 engine coolant temperature sensor and a battery temperature sensor i then change the TPS sensor and the map sensor . I have check for vacuum leaks and there are none now the computer reads TPS sensor low circuit and idles rough only when engine is cold as soon as the engine heats up it idles fine but when you drive it it still miss fires really bad and no codes pull up what could be causing this where should I look next
