Question: Mustang makes very low whine

My 2000 Mustang makes a very low whine at speeds under about 5 MPH. I just bought the car so I wanted to make 100% sure it was nothing. I don't think it is but don't know for sure.

It could be the alternator. Or it could be the transmission. I would have a shop look at it.
