Question: My 01 Honda civic is clicking under the dash about 50 times

After that all the gauges drop to zero.

Odd issue. Sounds like an electrical power feed problem. The clicking needs to be diagnosed by actually hearing it, so you should have a shop listen to it.

From your description a low voltage condition could cause the cluster and noise issues, so I would have the chargins system and battery checked to start.
