Question: my 1990 G20 van runs for 20 seconds and then stalls

my van was doing just fine, then didn't drive it for awhile and went to start it, started fine then after 20 sec. it stops, no fuel, have to turn key off then on and it does the same, replaced oil pressure switch and fuel pump relay and it does the same, changed fuel filter and have good fuel presure, note: in my fuse panel I have no voltage at the battery accessary termenals

Check for power at the pump, sounds like it might be shutting off?

Check for charging voltage across battery terminals etc.
