A senior mechanic at a Jiffy Lube shop recently suggested the IAC. But the idle sounds normal when ever I crank it up. I now let it run in park to listen before I put it in gear. It has been at least a month or longer since it stalled at a red light. The idle sounds normal at red lights. But It stalled twice, including today, over the last 2-3 weeks while driving 25-30 mph. It would not re-crank in neutral while still coasting so I pulled off the road, put the gear in park, waited about 10 seconds and then it would crank right up and
I would drive on without any problems. It has never stalled at higher speeds. Other suggestions I have heard have been the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, fuel pump or the fuel module. But these items are in the fuel tank of a Dodge Dakota. Dropping the tank can get expensive. Do you still suggest that I have the IAC and throttle cleaned first?

What's important is not the speed the vehicle was moving at, it's whether or not your foot was off the gas pedal. Here's an article with some more info:

And cleaning the IAC and throttle body are both maintenance items that are worth doing (and not too difficult to do yourself), but if the stalling is happening off-idle, then doing them won't help your problem.
