Question: My 2003 Chrysler Voyager started and then all the lights

My 2003 Chrysler Voyager started and then all the lights stayed on. I turned it off and then turned it back on and it started but only the engine light was still on. Now, it wont start at all. There is a tick, tick tick noise when I try to start it. Not turning over at all.Is it the starter since all the headlights and radio still come on? or is it the battery or alternator?

Try jumping it, it might just be the battery. Otherwise sounds like the starter.
