Question: my a/c stops blowing when I drive on the freeway/tollway?

This only happens when I keep my foot on the gas to maintain my high rate of speed on the freeways. One I release the gas, the air starts blowing again. I've replaced my a/c compressor along with other a/c components. Any idea what could be causing my air to stop blowing when I travel at a constant high speed?

That can be caused by a vacuum leak in the engine--the vents are controlled by engine vacuum, so when it drops, it affects them. Here's a forum thread with other ideas:

After a few trips to the jeep dealership, it was determined that vacuum drops on acceleration due to 17 inch rims & oversized tires and it being a 4 cylinder is the reason the A/C stops blowing through the vents. Funny thing it doesn't really stop blowing cool air, it just blows cool air to the vent between the dash & the windshield rather than directly to the individuals in the seats. So bigger motor will solve A/C problems?
