Question: My car experiences drop in speed when I push on gas while driving uphill

When I engage my car and push on the gas pedal it picks up speed and looses it completely. No matter how much I press the gas pedal it starts slowing down. Then after couple of mins it starts pick up speed agin

That usually indicates a problem with fuel delivery. Try replacing the fuel filter, and then have the fuel pump pressure checked.
