Question: my car gets weird noise coming when increase speed

my lexus is 300 2001 year, i am having weird noise coming from car when driving 60-85 miles per hour,noise is all the time but over 60 m/hr is louder.especially when you have the same speed driven or increasing speed???could it be rear differential .????i have 130000 miles on my car.
