Question: my car has no power what so ever .whats wrong?

my car had a clicking noise when you tried to start it and wouldnt start . so i changed the starter and put new battery terminals on and now i have no power what so ever , i dont no if its my starter relay or if that would even cause my car to not have no power . please help
