Question: My car is running ruff

I have changed the spark plugs and the wires and the mass air flow sensor and the coils read fine but the car is still running ruff and the check engine light is flashing.

What codes are in the engine computer? Usually if the lamp is flashing you'll have a misfire code.... It's probably just one or two cylinders. Get the code and focus on those cylinders. Swap components to non misfiring cylinders and see if the misfire follows the component. The generated code will tell you which cylinders are missing.

If swapping components doesn't change the condition, your next step is a compression and leak down test.
