Question: My car is running sluggish from a dead stop

I have replaced the fuel filter. Codes present are p0300 and p0440. Random misfire code is most important.. i have checked each cylinder ..none are dead..i thought i had bad gas..treated gas with seafoam..no improvement. Could it be clogged injector? Bad plugs? Vacuum leak? Please advise
