Question: my car jerks when i hit the accelerator. why ?

I just got a new ignition coil. Since then every time i hit the accelerator it jerks.

Did you have the problem before replacing the ignition coil? If so, have the charging system tested for overcharging and an open diode. If the problem didn't exist before replacing the coil, check the coil connections and the ignition system, it sounds like the new part caused the problem.
