Question: my car loses power

my car loses power while going uphill even if i press down the gas pedal more. the rpm goes up but the speed goes down. also when i stop at a red light the car shakes at idle after a few seconds of waiting. is it the trasmission?

I would say it's your tune up or plugged exhaust. Have them check.
