Question: My car seems to "pull back" while I'm accelerating between 40 and 65 mph whats going on?

While driving, it feels like it jerks back, or pulls backwards but only between 40 and 65 mph. I dont know if its a brake problem or a transmission problem or i'm completely wrong? I need help!

I would check the fuel pressure. Also I would check the computer for codes.
