Question: My car won't start?

I replaced the starter a couple of weeks ago. Worked well at first. Started intermittently just making a whirring noise instead of turning over. Now it just makes that noise. The flywheel teeth appear to be in excellent condition.

Sounds like the solenoid is bad or not hooked up correctly.
