Question: My engine light turns on and then off again while driving

My engine light turns on and then off again while driving it. I've had the car for four days. It is running fine. The dearlership is two hours away. What could this be?

Could be any number of things, have the codes read by a local shop or auto parts store with the code reading equipment. If you are having problems with your new car it should really be taken back the the dealer. Ignoring warning lights is a bad idea, and could void your warranty.

It's probably a minor issue, only getting the code will tell for sure.
