Question: my engine will rev up to 2500 to 3000 rpms while idleing

when i am driving down the road my engine hesetates and jumps when i mash in the clutch to stop it dies almost every time but when i am changing gears it revs up like when its idleing. i have cleaned the IAC, changed the EGR valve and cleaned the throttle body it did fine the first time driveing after doing this but now im back to square one
