Question: My front driver's side tire is out of place due to a recent accident what should be done?

Turing and driving are not the same i assume it's the tire, but may could there be a possibillty of it also being something else

You have bent / broken suspension components. It's UNSAFE to drive the vehicle in this condition. Take it in ASAP for repair.

If you can, make an insurance claim to pay for the repairs.
