Question: My Gas needle is not correct

I have had the fuel pump replaced about a year ago and it has been working fine. So Im sure it's not that. One time the needle will show the correct fuel level and the next it will show low fuel all the way passed the red mark. (This just started a few days ago.)

It probably needs a new sending unit in the tank. It could also be a wiring issue or an issue with the gauge, but that's much less likely.
