Question: My heater blows cold

My AC works fine but heater does not. Air blows out vents no matter what it is set at. Air is always cold and will not switch to floor or defrost. Changed thermostat. Made no difference.

Is the engine getting up to normal operating temperature? Have you checked the coolant level?
