Question: My power steering pump keeps blowing out the front by shaft. What is making it do this?

I have replaced pump x2. Put new pressure hose on. I have checked my pully alingment when putting second pump on.

What is the original reason you replaced the pump? Is that the same exact reason you replaced it the second time? WHAT is the pump blowing out of the front shaft? The seal? A fluid leak? Did you swap out the pulley when you replaced the pump, or did your new pump come with a new pulley installed on it?

Somewhere on your system, there should be a way of controlling pressure. Make sure your system has one of these, some info on the different types on this thread:
