Question: My tire fell of my vehicle as i was driving not many days after i had it service

Took van in to have it inspected and anything wrong fixed. They did $800.00 worth of work. Drove it 60 miles on the highway then it was parked 4 days whilel husband was in semi. I know they had that tire off. They are saying they did not.....it was the rear driver side tire. My husband could have been killed.
Wouldnt you take all tires off in inspectiono. They did balljoints on the left side.

If the shop does a full vehicle inspection they should remove all tires. On the paper work they gave you does it say how thick the rear brakes are. Or how many miles till you need rear brakes. You are looking for any thing that will tell you about the rear brakes on your paper work. If it tells you any thing about the rear brakes then they had the tires off. I would car you local BAR ( Bureau of Automotive Repair ) I don't know what state your in but there will be some one looking out for the customer on these type of problems.
