my truck is a custom dually and is 2 trucks together it has a 79 suburban body and the nose is of a silverado it has a 350 under the hood and i ned to know how to rebuild it can ya help?

What part are you trying to rebuild? The motor should be pretty standard and a good body shop can do the cosmetics...

i need to find and re-fill the fuse panel and i need to fix a few rust spots on the exterior and i need to put an exhaust on it too

The fuse panels (unless moved around) should be under the hood and in the front foot well area.

Any good body shop should be able to fix any rust issues. A good exhaust shop should be able to do the exhaust for you no problem. Good luck.
