Question: My truck shakes around 60 MPH

I think it might be the fuel filter

What kind of shaking? Do you feel it through the steering wheel or in the engine. If your engine is straining under acceleration or high loads, the fuel filter could cause that. And if you haven't had a tune-up in the last few years, you are probably due for one and it would cover some other things that could also contribute to the problem.
